In most cases, the students are given a timetable and sometimes they can make a timetable for themselves as well but in most cases, it will not work out for you. Let’s be real honest here when you actually followed a timetable anyways and really succeeded the number of successes is very low. So the question arises should we not have a timetable? How should we study?
Whenever you are giving or preparing for the exam, the best way to go is to practice more whichever skills you lack that means you are giving more time to the skills you are weak at and giving just enough time to the particular skills you are already good at meaning not too much time but enough time to make the skills you are good at even better why? Because the magical thing with the PTE exam is that almost every question is linked with each other when it comes to scores. If you do Speak well you will end up getting points for your Listening and Reading as well.
The BEST timetable if you really want me to share it with you is that start doing whatever you can in English every day if possible or at least a couple of times a week and slowly change the topic you are consuming I mean the content into a more Academic content for eg Space exploration, climate change, education, etc. The sooner you get started with studying for your test the better it is.
Another important step is to understand the timings of the exam and practice according to that. If you really hate studying, which I guess most people do there, is no need to worry too much. Start slow but make sure after sometimes you practice in a way that you can sit for approximately 2 hours and practice without too much distraction because your exam is the same amount of time.
The question you have to ask yourself is can you sit there for approximately 2 hours and do the exam? Most people cannot sit there and do it by themselves. It is challenging to sit continuously for approximately 2 hours you need patience for that. So when you do like that kind of practice your exams becomes like a piece of cake.
